Inspired and influenced by the first pure healer Shakti, the symbol of strength, power, creation, and playfulness, Ola combines the ancient sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to tap into and bring out the Divine Feminine within. Ola understands that the Divine Feminine is living within all of us and that she is just laying dormant in this fast-paced, masculine, and laborious world.
Through using movement, meditation, philosophy, breath, herbs, foods, and concoctions, we can heal from diseases of the body and mind, create space and openness within our joints by releasing blockages, traumas, and tightness, as well as lead us directly to our soul where there is infinite energy, creativity, love, and incredible light.
Ola believes this practice must be a way of life in every corner. From our diet to our consumption and digestion of experiences. Our physical practice as well as our mental practice of building more awareness and stability in the space of being. Form how we breathe and think, relate and feel, react and respond, the way we live our own life now can be the key to health, happiness, bliss, and change in our lives.
"I stopped and looked beyond my roles to discover new dimensions of my existence.
We are made to believe that we are only the roles and jobs that are dictated to us.
"Through the practice of Yoga Asana, pranayam, and meditation,
I was able to silence the noise created by our social conditioning,
which helped me to realise my true self, my heart's calling, and my innate freedom. We are Shakti, powerful beings capable and worthy of achieving all our dreams and desires....
Even the stars are no limit."
