Aches and pains start as a result of our misalignment from drifting away from ourselves

Distracted by the noise within and out, the trust we are born with for ourselves, this Earth, and the universe, is lost. Ayurveda offers the tools to awaken our inner healer and empower us to believe in ourselves again.
